Full design Services

The services outlined below are a guide to the
general design process, however each project is
unique and a scope of services will be tailored to
the specific requirements of the project.

Initial Consultation - establish requirements and
gather information from client.
Project Establishment - provide a return brief,
establish deliverables, collect site and existing
information.
Schematic Design - concept planning; prepare floor
plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), elevations,
perspectives and 3D imagery (if required). Provide
feature furniture/fixtures/ equipment and finishes
concepts. Preparation of final schematic design,
based on client approvals, for sign off.
Design development - develop detailed design;
ensure that all drawings co-ordinate with consultant
drawings (if being used). Provide full package of
drawings - plans (including partition, RCP, finishes
and furniture), elevations, sections, details and
schedules. Seek client approval and sign off.
Contract Documentation - prepare tender
documents and continue services co-ordination.
Review cost plan and make adjustments if required.
Assist in selection of builder from tender submissions.
Prepare documents for construction and liase with
builder.
Construction and Post Construction - respond to
RFI's and manage variations. Attend weekly site
meetings. Undertake defects inspection.
